Descart Limited makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or timeliness of AI-generated or AI-assisted content.

Users should not rely solely on AI-generated or AI-assisted content when making investment, trading, financial, legal, or tax decisions.

6. Investment Analysis, Recommendations, and Risk Disclosure

MoTA AI provides technology-enabled tools designed to assist users in researching, analyzing, and monitoring financial markets, securities, and investment opportunities.

7. No Live Trading During Beta

The Services do not provide live trading, order routing, broker account connectivity, trade execution, or brokerage functionality during the beta period unless separately enabled and governed by additional terms.

8. Future Brokerage Integrations

If brokerage account connectivity is introduced in the future, such functionality will be subject to separate Broker Authorization Agreements, Trading Terms, Risk Disclosures, and additional user consent requirements.

9. Simulated Trading

Any simulated portfolios, paper trading environments, hypothetical returns, or demonstration accounts are provided solely for testing, educational, and evaluation purposes.

Simulated performance does not represent actual trading results and should not be interpreted as investment advice, performance guarantees, or indications of future results.

10. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Market performance
• Trading profitability
• Accuracy of predictions
• Availability of services

11. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, branding, content, and intellectual property related to MoTA AI remain the property of Descart Limited or its licensors.
